Spare Part Handling Policy :
Please note Coastcare Medical Equipment is not a spare parts dealer. Although we look to assist customers where possible, there are some restrictions on what and how parts are handled.
We offer a select number of spare parts direct to customer – these are parts that are regularly requested by customers and are easily accessible. They are as follows:
· walker wheels
· replacement grips
· bags
· baskets
· recliner remotes
· transformers scooters and
· transformers recliners
Customers can fit themselves or we can fit them for a fee. Just contact our sales team for pricing and a quote for fitting if required.
Batteries – please note we do not sell batteries separately; however we are happy to supply and fit them for you.
All Other Spare parts:
For all other spare parts, we will only provide spare parts for items that we carry in our range. The item itself doesn’t have to have bought from Coastcare Medical, as long as it meets the first criteria.
For all items outside our range we do not supply or fit spare parts.
Coastcare Medical is committed to assisting customers in sourcing parts within our range of products. However, it is imperative that all parts, once identified, are fitted by one of our qualified Technicians. This policy is in place to ensure that parts requiring repair/replacement are accurately identified and that all installations are carried out professionally to guarantee the safety and well-being of our clients.
Therefore, in alignment with our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, we require that all sourced parts be fitted by our technicians to uphold the highest standards of safety and performance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
In cases where Coastcare Medical is not the installer. It is important to note that these parts are considered “Custom/Special ordered” and are non-refundable in the event that the incorrect part is ordered. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase. Customers should refer to the refund policy for further information on this matter.
