Rehabilitation Equipment Repairs & Maintenance

A full time repairs opportunity has opened for a mature minded person at our Carrum Downs Facility. Coastcare Medical Equipment is a family owned rehabilitation equipment provider with sales and hire stores located in Berwick, Mornington and Carrum Downs.Your responsibilities and skills for this role with include and not be limited to:Test and TaggingRepairs and maintenance of our in house equipment such as Mobility Scooter, Hoist, Air Mattresses and pumps, Wheelchairs, recliners, hospital beds.You will also be required to go out to hospitals, nursing homes and the general public to make onsite repairs.Liase with warehouse and stock control to arrange part replacement,The issuing of quotes for potential repairs. Keeping details notes and clear concise paperworkWe are looking for a handy/ repair person who can demonstrate knowledge in general repairs, such as part replacement, tyre replacement. We will also provide the successful candidate with training with one of our technician as well as working with suppliers to understanding how to repair specific items that we carry.We will also put you through a Test and Tagging Course

You will need to be self motivated, energetic, reliable and have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

You will require computer skills, a drivers licence, provide proof of vaccination and consent to a police check, working with children check 

This role must be filled immediately.

This position requires someone who is strong and capable of regular heavy lifting.We require you to Step Up, be self motivated, if you see something that needs to be completed make it your responsibility.This could be your opportunity to be part of a friendly, secure and stable team. You will be provided with equipment training and a phone.  Hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. You may also be required to perform repairs at either Mornington or Berwick stores.

Delivery Driver 

A full time Delivery Driver opportunity has opened for a mature minded person at our Carrum Downs Facility. Coastcare Medical Equipment is a family owned rehabilitation equipment provider with sales and hire stores located in Berwick, Mornington, Croydon South and Carrum Downs.

Your responsibilities and skills for this role with include and not be limited to:

Delivery and installation of Medical equipment
Dispatch of all goods
Counting stock
Marking off/cross checking all outgoing goods
Packing products for dispatch
Labelling boxes
Heaving lifting required
Stacking/wrapping boxes
Warehouse housekeeping
Handling paperwork

Full Time Sales Role



A full time sales opportunity has opened for a mature and experienced in house sales person, to be based at our Croydon South store. Coastcare Medical Equipment is a family owned rehabilitation equipment provider that both hires and sales equipment.

Your responsibilities and skills for this role will include and not be limited to:
  • Highly developed computer skills
  • Showroom sales/hires and phone sales/hire enquiries
  • Invoicing/contract closures using hirepos systems
  • Open and Close store/till management/reconciliation of Eftpos
  • Showroom management including making up products and restocking to showroom, assembly stock
  • Stock control and reporting to management
  • Client liaison and good communication skills are highly sought
  • Cleaning of hire stock
